Yoga in Spanish with Rosario
Rosario is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher originally from Mexico. She has 15 years of experience practicing different styles of yoga with teachers from around the world. Her classes focus on Vinyasa yoga, a flowing style that connects the breath with each movement of the asanas. The class is led in Spanish but Rosario can offer corrections in English or in German. It is suitable for all levels of practice.
