Yoga Beginner Challenge - 5 classes in 2,5 weeks with Eva Kaczor

*** You will practice and understand the basic principles of Vinyasa Yoga (Dynamic Yoga with strength building elements) within 5 classes in 16 days, each of them 90 min long.
*** You will be guided through my hands, my deep knowledge in anatomy and a lot of assists in the best asana version for your own body,
*** You practice in a beautiful arty loft space in Prenzlauer Berg / Mitte with likeminded souls - our tribe.
*** The practice comes with music from Electro to Mantra.
*** All yoga materials are provided by us, you only need to show up in your training pants.

HERE IS WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT
*** You will leave the challenge with a clear understanding how to pratice the basic Vinyasa Yoga moves and principles, how to breathe and how it feels to get connected to your body again.
*** You will be ready to attend other group classes afterwards.

THE TIMING
*** Class starts always at 7:15 pm till 8:45 pm. Please come 5-10 min earlier.
*** First class is TUESDAY September 13th.

THE EXCHANGE
*** 5 Classes Package - 70 € 
PLEASE NOTE: There is limited capacity and classes sell usually out pretty fast, so register with us as soon as you are ready. 

Also please note: There is no refund for the course in case you don't attend all classes.

Eva teaches a powerful Yoga Flow that she studied in NYC, Bali, Berlin and Mexico. It works with dynamic movements as well as strength building elements, precise anatomical alignment and ancient breathing techniques from the Yogis in the Himalayas. Her classes are accompanied by music ranging from Electro to Mantra.

EFFECTS
Through the practice you will create inner heat that cleanses your body as well a strong muscles that support you in reducing back pain and growing a healthy posture. Energy will start to flow and melt blockages in your mind and muscles. There will be a sweat but also a journey to yourself - leaving you with an open heart and a connection to your full potential.
