January is all about getting rid of obstacles and kick-starting the new year. Join us for a dynamic qigong class, releasing tension from the body while energising it at the same time. Qigong represents a total system of energy work, aiming to strengthen and balance the body’s life force, by working through the meridian points. It revitalises the body using breath-led movements and cleanses the inner organs.
